My Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the products, ingredients, destinations, and experiences that can help enhance everyday living.

I believe the things we welcome into our lives should bring beauty, enjoyment, and meaning to our everyday experiences.

My love of produce began at an early age. Growing up, I learned to appreciate the freshness, beauty, and versatility of fruits and vegetables, and over the years they became an important part of how I eat, entertain, and approach daily life. While I value their nutritional benefits, what inspires me most is their ability to add color, texture, variety, and enjoyment to everyday meals and snacks. To me, produce is the original functional food—nature’s way of delivering beauty and nourishment in its simplest form.

My goal is simple: to help people discover things worth bringing into their world and make everyday living simple, fun, and inspiring.

Throughout my career in media, marketing, and lifestyle communications, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected names in lifestyle media, including Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where I developed a deep appreciation for presentation, storytelling, and thoughtfully integrating good things into everyday life.

As a television producer for FOX 5 New York and throughout my work in media and experiential marketing, I learned that the most successful ideas aren’t simply shared—they’re brought to life in ways that help people see them differently.

Over the years, friends, colleagues, and followers have often thanked me for useful tips, product recommendations, and introducing them to things they may not have discovered on their own. Those conversations ultimately inspired me to create You Fortified^TM.
